PDF forms are a common way to collect and standardize information, but when accessibility is overlooked, they can create unnecessary barriers and frustration for users.
In this session, we’ll focus on the core components of accessible PDF forms, including properly labeled fields, logical tab order, clear instructions, and error prevention. Using Adobe Acrobat, we’ll explore how these elements work together to create forms that are clear, consistent, and usable by people with and without disabilities. Participants will also learn how to identify and fix common issues in existing forms.
